Structural Steel Fabrication

Agricultural Fabrication
All our Products are made Strong and Durable to meet the daily needs of the farming customers we serve. From Structural steel erected barns to animal feeders and bespoke fabricated tractor buckets all built to suit your needs. We offer a built to measure service ensuring that the products ordered from us meet our customers exact and robust requirements. See our images of pin realignment and metal studding added in on digger buckets, also the repair of a hedge trimmer part which is a yearly replaceable part which is fixed while made to be much stronger and half the price!
Promotional Work
Working with Illuminarium SFX, we custom designed and built 4-metre gold arrows with in-built flamethrowing capabilities for Strongbow Cider, used at festivals across the UK. The rig was designed and programmed to deliver safe, controlled flame effects, which burn for lengthy periods of times.
Bespoke Furniture
We love a challenge at Firestorm Engineering! This was a vision we helped to design and deliver for a customer, who had come up with the concepts himself, but needed specialists to bring to life! Made from 90mm box section, these unique items were built by our team, and finished with shot-blast, prime and powder-coating.
Hand Railing
We manufacture bespoke hand railings for balconies, gardens, schools and parks, as well as internal structures.
We design everything with safety and ease of use in mind, incorporating glass work if and when required, with shot blasted, primed and powder coated steel tube.
We deliver exceptional products that will last for years.
Firework Racks
Our sister company Firestorm Pyro Effects required our expertise to build stable firework racks, capable of withstanding front-force explosions.
Using steel box section to house the different size mortar tubes, the racks were engineered to set to specific angles, or to fit in an array, so as to light up the skies safely but effectively.
Bespoke Metal & Customisation Work
From repairing steel parts, such as tow bars, to designing and manufacturing parts to fit agricultural and industrial machines to be used beyond their original means, we have the resources, skill and experience to make your money go further.
CNC School Gates
Sam Bailey Blacksmiths challenged us to re-create an array of images drawn by the school children of Sunnyhill Primary School, which they wanted turning into gates. Working closely with Sam, we formulated the drawings and CAD cut the final images onto 8mm steel sheeting. We think the final result is unique and creative!
