Fabrication
From initial scribbles on beermats, to ultra-accurate CAD drawings, our skilled fabricators can build just about anything! If you have an idea but are unsure how to put it together, speak to a member of our team. We have the expertise to make your project work.
Our fabricators offer folding, rolling, MIG, TIG & ARC welding and stainless steel polishing. These services can be for all types of metal, delivering every detail of your design to large irrepressible structures.
CNC Plasma Cutting
From concept to delivery, we offer a CAD service without equal. We can import DWG, DXF and CAD, or design and draw to your specific requirements, with the ability to cut 25mm thick plate.
Welding
With over 60 years’ experience in welding and fabrication, we deliver exceptional products for our clients.
Our workshop is equipped with the latest tools for the job, offering TIG, MIG and ARC welding, covering a wide range of metals from mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Turning, Milling & Drilling
Our engineers are highly skilled in turning, milling and drilling. With an exceptional eye for detail and precision, we can produce a wide variety of bespoke components in a range of metals on our specialist lathe. We can also drill components in all shapes and sizes on our state-of-the-art drilling machine.
Pipe Work
Flanged, welded or screwed, we have the experience and skill to produce whatever you require.
Site Services
As well as in-house fabrication, we have the ability to provide on-site services with 20 KVA Portable Site Power. Ideal for remote, power-restricted areas, we can provide installation, repair, removal or maintenance services essentially wherever you need. We have full liability insurance and can provide RAMS where necessary.
Section Rolling
At Firestorm Engineering our quick turnaround Section Bending Service gives us the ability to offer the Cold Rolling of Universal Beams, Columns and channels to our customers. The same service can be provided to other heavy curved sections such as Tubes, Pipes and HeavySquare and Rectangular Box Sections. This is vital, as is the ability to provide to our customers the facility to roll Flat Bars, Square bars and Angle Sections.
